4 weeks out: the floor plan

Map the new office before you pack a single box. Every desk, monitor, printer and meeting chair needs a destination. Number each item and each new position so the move team places things correctly without asking.

3 weeks out: IT first

• Confirm internet activation at the new address — providers in Cyprus need 7–14 days.
• Photograph every cable on the back of every server, switch and PC.
• Back up everything to the cloud before the day.

2 weeks out: client communication

Tell clients about the new address, update Google Business, invoices and email signatures. Forward the old landline number to a mobile for the first month.

1 week out: pack like a library

• Colour-code boxes by department (red = sales, blue = finance, etc.).
• Each employee packs their own desk into one labelled box — nothing else.
• Confidential documents travel with management, not in the van.

Move weekend

• Friday 17:00: shut down, mover loads.
• Saturday: unload, reassemble furniture, IT rebuild.
• Sunday: test all workstations, internet, printers, phones.
• Monday 09:00: business as usual.
