2. What data we collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp, our contact form or by phone, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), pickup and drop-off address, and any details you share about your move. When you simply visit our website we automatically receive standard technical data (IP address, browser, device type, referring page) via server logs.

3. Why we use your data (legal basis)

We process your data to: (a) provide a quote and carry out your move — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract); (b) comply with Cyprus tax and accounting laws — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; (c) operate and secure this website and improve our service — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

4. WhatsApp messaging

Clicking a WhatsApp button on this site opens a chat with our business number via WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Your messages, phone number and profile information are processed by WhatsApp under their own privacy policy (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea).

5. Cookies and analytics

We use only the technical cookies required to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. If analytics tools are added in the future, you will be asked for consent first.

6. Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We share it only with: our hosting provider (for serving this site), our accountant (for invoicing), and authorities where legally required. All processors are bound by GDPR.

7. How long we keep your data

Quote requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 6 months. Booking and invoice data is kept for 7 years as required by Cyprus tax law.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@paphosmovers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
